typing... is an AI chatbot platform for businesses. You train it on your own material —
Word documents, your website, or a product API — and it answers your customers' questions
from that material, in their language, citing the document each answer came from.
Knowledge sources

Your documents. Upload .docx, .txt or .md files up to 20 MB each. Every
file is split into passages and indexed for retrieval in seconds.

Your website. Give it a starting URL and it crawls your site, extracts
the real content of each page, and re-indexes only pages that changed. It respects
robots.txt.

Your API. Point it at a JSON endpoint returning your products or
articles; only new and changed records are re-processed. Available on paid plans.
How it works
Knowledge is split into passages and indexed. When a customer asks something, typing...
searches that index for the most relevant passages, writes an answer from them, and returns
the documents it used. Anything it cannot answer confidently is logged as a knowledge gap
instead of guessed at.

Can I train it on my company documents?
Yes. Upload .docx, .txt or .md files up to 20 MB each. They become searchable knowledge
within seconds — there is no separate training step to run.
Does typing... support Arabic?
Yes. Replies follow whatever language the customer wrote in, and for Arabic the assistant
mirrors the dialect they used. The console is available in Arabic and English.
What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
It says so, using a fallback message you write yourself, instead of inventing an answer.
The question is logged as a knowledge gap with a count of how often it was asked; answering
it turns your answer into searchable knowledge.
Is my data kept private?
Each account's content is isolated at the database level, and retrieval is always scoped to
your own account.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — 50 questions every month at no cost, no credit card required. Paid plans add higher
question volumes, more document and storage capacity, and API content sync.
